Everyone knows fruit juice or extraction gives you the clear complexion but vegetables? Yes, the kitchen vegetable can give the glowing skin even better. Have a look at the 4 Vegetables and their applying method.




1. Beetroot:





Whether you like beetroot to eat or not, but it is good for your skin. Beetroot juice rich in iron, sodium, potassium, magnesium and vitamin c. It simulates the process of cell repairing. it prevents you from ageing.


How to Make Beetroot Juice:

  • Wash the beetroot. Remove the outer surface of the beetroot. 
  • Don't boil the beetroot.
  • Cut  the beetroot into pieces.
  • Put it into the juicer. But beetroot already have moisture in it. You don't need to add water. If you want add some water.

How to Apply:

  • Wash your face in warm water
  • Soak a cotton ball onto the beetroot juice.
  • Gently apply it on your face or you can apply it as a mask with its pulp.
  • Leave it for 15 - 30 minutes. This allow the skin pore to absorb the vitamin in beetroot.
  • Wash your face with warm water.

2. Carrot:


The carrot has many beauty benefits as beetroot.Carrot contains the beta carotene, vitamin A, vitamin c. Vitamin A is the source of anti - oxidant. It helps in prevent wrinkles and ageing. Vitamin C helps in collagen production in body.


  • Make carrot just as beetroot juice described above. Apply it to the skin. Leave it for the 15 - 20 minutes.
  • Drinking carrot juice daily will keep your skin soft and smooth.It is also helpful for uneven skin. It also has the benefits of clearing acne and scars.

3. Tomato


Tomato, not only tastes good. but also has beauty and health benefits.  It contains the lycopene which act as a sunscreen. The lycopene also helps in removing the free radicals caused by pollution. Tomato contains more vitamin c than orange. 

How To Make Tomato Juice and Apply:

  • Wash the tomato.
  • Cut it into pieces.
  •  Put it into the juicer and add some lemon juice.
  • Apply the juice onto your skin. You can also eat the fresh tomato everyday.
  • You can also apply the tomato pulp on your skin.
                      Tomato helps in shrinking the pores, black heads, preventing from UV rays, treat the dull skin and to brighten the skin.

4. Potato:


The most liked vegetable by all and has it's beauty benefits too. Potato not only contains carbohydrates but also rich in vitamin c and minerals. It helps in renewing skin cells, smoothing the skin and gives elasticity to the skin. You can apply the potato in many ways.
  • Cut the potato into slices and put in onto the face. It helps in sun burnt skin. If you have dark circle, put the sliced potato onto it. It reduces the dark circles.
  • Peel the potato and blend the potato well. Apply it onto your face. Wait for 5 minutes. Peel it off and rinse with warm water. 
  • You can also make the potato juice and apply it to your skin. It helps in removing black heads and dull skin. 
  • Potato can also be used as cleansers. Take some potato and cucumber. 
  • Blend potato and cucumber together. Apply it to your skin including the area around eyes. It helps to lighten your skin.
